LivaNova PLC (the “Company” or “LivaNova”) announces on 19 April 2016, that Daniel J. Moore, who is a PDMR and Director of LivaNova, on 15 April 2016 disposed of 1,000 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”) for an average price of US $54.8076 per Ordinary Share. The shares were sold pursuant to Mr. Moore’s plan adopted by him on 30 November 2015 under Rule 10b5-1 established by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. As a result of this transaction, Daniel J. Moore currently holds 64,437 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.13 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital (which excludes the 2,233 Ordinary Shares that he is entitled to in relation to his Restricted Stock Units (subject to vesting periods and the terms of the LivaNova 2015 Incentive Award Plan)).
