LivaNova PLC (the “Company” or “LivaNova”) announces on 15 December 2015, Daniel J. Moore, who is a PDMR and Director of LivaNova, disposed of 2,500 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”) for an average price of US $53.9692 per Ordinary Share. As a result of this transaction, Daniel J. Moore currently holds 68,437 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.14 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital (which excludes the 2,233 Ordinary Shares that he is entitled to in relation to his Restricted Stock Units (subject to vesting periods and the terms of the LivaNova 2015 Incentive Award Plan)).

This announcement is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
