London, March 1, 2017 – LivaNova PLC (NASDAQ:LIVN; LSE: LIVN) (“LivaNova” or the “Company”), a market-leading medical technology company, today announced that it filed an Annual Report on Form 10-K under the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934 for LivaNova for the period January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016 (“Form 10-K”) with the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) on 1 March, 2017.
