Filing Of Definitive Proxy Statement On Schedule 14A With The US Securities And Exchange Commission
LivaNova PLC (the "Company") announces today that it has filed its definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A with the US Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"). The document is available for viewing on the SEC website (www.sec.gov) and also on the Company's website at www.livanova.com.
A copy of the definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism on the date of this announcement and is, or will be, available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
The definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A contains the notice of the Company’s 2016 annual general meeting (the “AGM”). The AGM will be held at 1:00 p.m. (British Summer Time) on Wednesday 15 June 2016 at the offices of Latham & Watkins (London) LLP, 99 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3XF, United Kingdom. The definitive proxy statement, including the notice of AGM, together with the Company’s UK annual report and IFRS financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2015, are expected to be posted to shareholders this week.
