LivaNova PLC (the “Company” or “LivaNova”) announces on 13 January 2016, Jason Richey, a PDMR of LivaNova, currently holds 5,846 ordinary shares of £1.00 each in the capital of the Company (the “Ordinary Shares”), representing 0.01 per cent of the Company’s issued share capital.

This announcement is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R.
